The Jinney Ring Craft Centre is an ideal day out for all the family. Situated in Hanbury, near Bromsgrove they have a wide range of items available in the gallery and shop, plus a range of craft workshops and a farmhouse restaurant on site where you can enjoy morning coffee, afternoon tea, or a more substantial meal, whilst taking in the views across the gardens to the Malvern Hills.
Jinney Ring is probably the most visited craft centre in the West Midlands and they pride themselves on being a traditional craft centre where you can watch skilled craftsmen (and women) at work - rather like stepping back in time to the days of Olde England.

There is so much history all over England and one other location that you will find plenty of it in is Worcester. Located in West Midlands and close to Gloucester and Birmingham you will find the county town. In the middle of town you find the River Severn that flows through, and the wonderful Worcester Cathedral.

It was here where the final battle of the Civil War was played out. Here is where King Charles I would defeat Oliver Cromwell's troops. After that defeat for ten years Wales and England would become known as a republic.
People have been known to live in Worcester all the way back to those Neolithic times. May have also been one of the first places where the Romans built a fort. Though after the Romans would withdraw the town did dwindle down in size.
It wasn't for some time that more people would come to the area, around the middle of the seventh century actually. Almost completely destroyed during 1041 when there was a rebellion for the taxation problems in the area. Plus this area would be attacked several times while the civil war took place between Empress Matilda and King Stephen.
The Battle of Worcester took place In September 1651, and Charles II would try to get his crown back. However he would be defeated soundly. Suffering flooding back in 1670 when the river would break through the banks. There is a plate located on the cathedral that shows how high the river got during that flood.
Many sites should be seen while in Worcester, they include the parks, and cathedral. Parks you should see include Cripplegate, Fort Royal, and Gheluvelt. A memorial is placed in the last for a battalion from the area that fought in WWI.
Much more can be seen when you visit this area, so check it out when you have a chance.

There are some beautiful sites to see in Worcestershire. Camping and caravanning is very popular in this area due to the beautiful hill walks. Take a stroll over the Malvern Hills to the Malvern Camp lovely on a sunny day and a great car Park to start your walk from.
When you arrive back to the car try out the pub across the road for a nice refreshing drink.
Malvern itself is a great little town to saunter around.
Check out the Three Counties Showground they have Caravan, Motorhome and RV Shows throughout the year and may have something else of interest on. The spring Garden Show is must to visit where you can buy your bedding plants, there are always some very unusual plants on sale if you like something different and exotic in your Garden.
